Namaskaru everyone,
We had a bone-chilling cold January, but OKA's first-ever Bollywood Trivia Night was a welcome
respite. Although the competitions were tough, our participants and audience thoroughly enjoyed
themselves and have asked for similar events in the future!
February’s word is Love, of course! As much as we should love and take care of one another, we
must also take some time for self-love and self-care. Eat healthy, exercise, connect with loved ones
and be kind to yourself.
Then there is the love of food, as all Konkanis are known for their 'pajjile jeeb' and we are always
discussing Khaana-Jevana! Therefore, we are kicking off February with OKA's Kitchen Series- you
can send in videos of your unique and personal recipes to showcase your culinary talent. OKA’s
YouTube channel will feature them for the world to enjoy!
